Présentation

In the comfort of a very small group (up to 12 persons maximum) and on the way to the abbey, you will wander around the tiny streets of the village created at the feet of the shrine to welcome the pilgrims.
Then, you will visit the incredible abbey-shrine and be amazed of such a breathtaking creation !

Meeting point : at the tourism office of Mont Saint-Michel Intra-muros (la poste)
Please foresee 45mn to 1h30 to commute from the parking to the meeting point (2,5km/1,5miles).

Ending point : in the village, close to the abbey

Maximum visitors : 12

This tour requires an entry ticket to the abbey. Please check that you have this before the start of the tour.
Free admission for European Union citizens under the age of 26.

Information / Sécurité

Because of the Abbey's position at the top of the rock and the large number of steps, access requires good physical condition. The monument is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility

It was a great tour around the village, the guide M was brilliant she had time for our questions. I did get a bit confused around some of the dates and who did what but it just increased my wish to improve my knowledge about the history of France. As a British person, I know the basics, Napoleon, the revolution the 2 wars, I would have liked to know more about the actual people who lived in the village about the 'normal people ' and how the main street was designed built. It is an amazing
